Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most, answered plainly.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (June–August, and school holidays) we recommend 4–6 months out, especially for overwater villas and small-ship cruises that sell out early. Shoulder-season trips can often be arranged within 6–8 weeks.

Is my booking financially protected?

Yes. Every package we sell is ATOL and ABTA protected, and deposits are held in a segregated client account until your trip is confirmed.

Can I make changes after booking?

Most itineraries can be adjusted up to 30 days before departure — dates, room categories, and add-on experiences included. Your travel expert handles the change directly with each supplier; there's no call center to go through.

What's included in the price you quote?

Flights, accommodation, and any transfers or experiences listed on your itinerary are included and priced in full up front. Meals not specified, travel insurance, and personal spending are the main things left out — we'll always flag what isn't covered.

Do you book flights separately from hotels?

Either way works. Some travelers want a fully bundled package; others already have flights booked and just want the ground arrangements handled. Tell your travel expert what you need and the quote reflects only that.

What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?

Call the 24-hour emergency line on your itinerary. It's answered by a person, not a queue, and connects you to someone who can rebook flights, move hotels, or handle a medical situation on the ground.
